I just opened the box - What do I do first?
- Locate the product guide, open it up, read through it, then store it in the pocket of the canopy cover bag.
- Stand the canopy (with the black cover bag on) up on its feet, and wheel it into position where you have enough room to set it up.
- Remove the Sto 'N Go cover by loosening the webbing straps that connect to the feet, and pulling the red plug(s). Then unbuckle the big webbing buckle towards the bottom and slip the whole cover off.
Help me set up this canopy.
1. Expand the frame by lifting one corner leg off the ground and walking backwards.
2. Attach the fabric top to the frame, starting with the corners. Then go to the edges and attach the FAST CLIPS from the fabric to the red truss joints on the frame.
3. Lift the CENTERLOK hub at the middle of the frame up until it clicks locked into the central vertical pole.
4. Extend each leg by pressing the red or orange button on the leg.
5. Anchor the canopy to the ground with stakes, guy ropes & stakes, and/or weight bags filled with sand.
What is the STO 'N GO system?
On most of our canopies and gazebos, the lift-free storage and transport system made from the cover bag and the wheeled feet of the canopy are the essential two parts of the STO 'N GO system by Crown Shades.
WHEELED FEET - The foot pads of half of the canopy's legs include integrated wheels. These wheels make it easier to move the canopy when it is set up. They also make it so you rarely need to lift the canopy when it's bundled up.
COVER BAG - The high denier canopy cover easily slips over the collapsed canopy, attached fabric and all, then attaches webbing straps and rocket plugs to the wheeled feet. Once everything is cinched up tight, various handles on the cover bag allow you to wheel the canopy around to your vehicle and easily load it away.
